Threads gladly accepts Exchanges and Returns as our customers’ satisfaction is our top priority. Items you wish to Return for refund must be received at Threads within 7 days of your having received the items. The items must be Returned unused with all Threads and manufacturer tags still attached. Returned items that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer. Items Returned after the 7 days but within 14 days in good condition will receive a store credit at which point a Threads Gift Card will be issued to the customer. Please refer to Threads Gift Card policy. Items may be Exchanged for a different size or color based on stock availability. Items you wish to Exchange must be received at Threads within 7 days of your having received the items. The items must be returned to Threads unused with all Threads and manufacturer tags still attached. The Exchanged items must be received by us before we will ship the replacement items to you. Exchanged items that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer. Please contact an associate with any questions regarding special circumstances. It is recommended that you utilize a tracking service to ensure safe delivery of the merchandise you are shipping to us.
